Animal Transport Volunteer NEEDED
The Humane Society Serving Logan County is in need of volunteers that are able to help transport animals. We transport animals to Shelter Outreach Services in Columbus, Ohio and to Humane Society of Delaware County, Delaware, Ohio on a regular basis. We also transport to other agencies but not as often. Volunteers will need a minivan or SUV to be able to accommodate cages for one to eight animals. We will train transporters plus supply the cages and will reimburse for gas usage. Some transports are prescheduled and others are emergency or short notice trips. Some trips are strictly drop offs and others are drop off and pick up they can take from a couple hours or all day.
